Helse Møre og Romsdal HF, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is the developer of the new public emergency hospital in Nordmøre og Romsdal. An advisor shall be engaged in connection with an environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the construction of the new public emergency hospital.
A decision has been made on initiating work with the municipal plan in all three of the involved municipalities:
Gjemnes;
Kristiansund;
Molde.
The municipal planning work will follow under the method of the Planning and Building Act and triggering the requirement for environmental impact assessment.
There is a need for a consultant to:
- Preparation of a EIA for the municipal plan for the three municipalities, parallel;
- Contributions for a comparison compilation of the case complex.
As an option to the above mentioned are other related assignments within land use, environmental and social planning relating to this project. Particularly relevant is the option for the preparation of a zoning plan for the selected site.
Helsebygg Midt-Norge shall assist the Awarding Authority with carrying out tasks related to the planning of the new emergency hospital, among other things, the implementation of this competition. Both the Awarding Authority and Helsebygg Midt-Norge are a part of The Central Norway Regional Health Authority.
