The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for own needs, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, by the Ordering Parties listed in point 3 of the SWZ. The estimated total demand for electricity in the procurement period, i.e. from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, is 2 532 763.00 kWh.

In the proceedings, the Contracting Authorities use the provisions of the Act on Extraordinary Measures aimed at limiting the amount of electricity prices and supporting certain customers in 2023.

Purchase of electricity for 2023 for facilities listed in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

a) Tariff Cxx lighting - The estimated total demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 920 056.00 kWh

b) Tariff Cxx Gxx - The estimated total demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 1 612 707.00 kWh
