Priority transport by electric minibus (driver + 8 passengers), in case of failure, replacement vehicle must be available; in the case of increased passenger volume, use of an amplifier bus (possible demand, mainly Monday to Friday in the morning hours); share of electromobility at least 60%. Vehicle facilities are equipped with disabled access and safety equipment for children.

The drivers shall assist passengers when boarding and disembarking.

Ticket sales on the bus. Billing with client monthly.

The contractor operates a switchboard (Monday to Friday 6.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. on weekdays and 6.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Saturday), which accepts the passenger's wishes and passes them on to the drivers, and the journeys shall be coordinated according to the timetable departure times.
