Service concession and provision of related services for sustainable collective catering in the buildings of the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels.

The services are divided as follows:

Part 1, ‘service concession’ including: the operation of the canteen of the Committees (self-service restaurant), the operation of the ‘à la carte’ restaurant of the Committees and the operation of the three cafeterias of the Committees.

Part 2, ‘provision of related services’ including: the provision of catering and banqueting services during meetings and events held in the buildings of the Committees, the provision of water service in the buildings of the Committees (water fountains and water bottles) and the supply of CO2 cylinders for water fountains connected to the network.
