Delivery of electrical energy (green electricity) for the disposal company of the city of Siegen (ESi) • Delivery of 3800 MWh/a to various collection points without power measurement (50 collection points in the sewer network) • Delivery of 1,700 MWh/a to KA Siegen • Delivery of 1,000 MWh/a to KA Weidenau • Delivery of 740 MWh/a to KA Büdenholz The total premium on the stock exchange price (trading margin HM) is used to assess the profitability. In the case of an offer to supply green electricity, a credit note of 1.80 €/MWh will be deducted from the evaluation. The contract is awarded to the tender with the lowest calculation result.

Since the acceptance points are divided into four titles, the valuation price (WP) results from the sum of the products of the offered trading margins HM per title and year and reference quantities per title for the first two firmly agreed delivery years.

In Appendix LB 4 specifications, the pure trading margins (HM) including the information on the supply of green electricity must therefore be entered.

If several offers lead to the same valuation price, the supplier with green electricity is preferred. If these criteria are also the same, the ESi reserves the right to decide by lot.
