The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for general Event Management Services to include Event Safety Management, Event Design Build Operate/Production & Transport Services, Event Promotion and Event Consultancy including the sourcing of production equipment with any ancillary goods and services to run the events held in the administrative area of Fingal.
