This project is for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in South Belfast by means of design and build framework agreement, where the Economic Operator provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Triangle Housing Association in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide; Clients Requirements and Statutory Body requirements. Triangle Housing Association expect to appoint a Developer by 30.4.2017 to deliver up to 50 units.
