The service will include Leisure Management Services; the development operations and management of sporting and physical activity throughout the district with up to 1 500 000 GBP of capital investment by West Lindsey District Council to improve facilities at West Lindsey Leisure Centre and for the design build and delivery of a new dry sports facility. The contract period will be for an initial 10 year period and at the discretion of the Authority, subject to satisfactory performance an option to extend for up to a further 5 years. The tender (a variant) is in two parts covering core and optional requirements.
