The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for architect services. The contract will be used for architect services in connection with planning a new sports hall at Moseidmoen. The contracting authority may have a need for assistance in connection with the following types of projects during the contract period:

— reconstruction and/or new construction of nursery schools, schools and sports facilities,

— development of various types of housing with day centres and changing rooms,

— reconstruction of various municipal buildings,

— major investments in water and sewage within buildings.

In addition there can be new buildings to a major or minor degree during the contract period. The projects will vary in extent and complexity.
