Maintenance and extension of the video protection system.

The object of the contract is the preventive maintenance (maintenance visit) and the curative maintenance (troubleshooting visit with replacement of spare parts) of the video protection system installations installed in the city of Tremblay-en-France as well as the video verbalization. Also, a unit price schedule will be established allowing the client to solicit the contract holder on extension projects. Through this call for tenders, a service provider capable of ensuring the maintenance of the video protection and video verbalization system according to the conditions defined in the technical specifications and of carrying out extension services for the current system will be selected. By "video protection system" is meant all the hardware and software equipment.

Services to be performed:

- ensure the maintenance, upkeep and repair of the installations of the urban video protection system (preventive and curative maintenance);

- ensure the maintenance of the video verbalization system installed in certain sectors of the city as well as the associated PVE solution;

- ensure optimal operation of the equipment at the various sites;

- ensure that operating parameters are maintained;

- repair or replace if necessary the faulty parts or those showing signs of excessive wear - extension project if necessary the service provider will carry out preventive maintenance (maintenance visit) and curative maintenance (repair visit with change, if necessary , spare parts) of all the material and equipment of the video protection system. In this context, the contractor will ensure optimal operation of this equipment and will be bound by an obligation of result: maintaining the various equipment in a constant state of operation and safety for users and allowing normal use of the sites. By "Video protection device equipment" is meant all hardware and software.
