The city of Oelde intends to build a new multifunctional triple sports hall in the area of the intersection Wiedenbrücker Straße/"Zur Axt". The hall is to be used both as a sports hall and for events. The subject of the procedure is the award of the structural design. The city of Oelde is planning the construction of a new multifunctional triple sports hall in the area of the intersection Wiedenbrücker Straße/"Zur Axt" in 59302 Oelde. The new building is necessary due to undercapacities of hall areas in the area of the school landscape of the city of Oelde - but at the same time should also serve the training and competition operations of the sports clubs. In addition to the three hall areas, the hall will also have a permanent grandstand with a capacity of 392 seats. This is supplemented by an extendable telescopic grandstand, which offers seats for 400 people and 8 wheelchair spaces plus 400 seats by confirmation. The building is a meeting place. The preliminary planning already made includes work phases 1 to 3.

Reinforced concrete columns and prestressed concrete trusses are envisaged for the supporting structure of the multi-purpose hall. Alternatives are possible on the part of the customer and must be included in the offer price. Furthermore, changes must be checked for their cost-effectiveness. The exterior walls receive a façade of bright facing masonry on the ground floor and a ventilated curtain wall made of aluminium on the upper floor (deviations may occur in the further course of planning, for economic reasons).

The order is placed as an overall order on the basis of the contractual provisions, the requested service phases (see specifications 01_01_Leistungsverzeichnis_Tragwerksplanung_22-08-01).
