The assignment concerns the appointment of a social secretariat in accordance with the specifications of the specifications. The services include five blocks in the technical specifications [view]: salary package, payroll, social formalities, link to accounting, internal and external reporting.

Z.org KU Leuven vzw groups all activities of the University Psychiatric Center KU Leuven (UPC KU Leuven) and the Psychiatric Nursing Home Andreas (PVT Andreas).

The activities of UPC KU Leuven are currently located on two campuses: Kortenberg campus and Gasthuisberg campus in Leuven. PVT Andreas' activities are also spread over two campuses: the Lubbeek campus and the Melsbroek campus. The PC under which the activities fall is PC 330. In addition, Z.org KU Leuven is also involved in various mobile teams and care networks. Within Z.ORG KU Leuven, as well as the different care networks, different personnel statutes apply. This tender can be extended to all our affiliate partners during the term of the contract.

The contracting authority also acts on behalf of Medisch Centrum St.-Jozef vzw, Abdijstraat 2, 3740 Bilzen.

Medical Center St.-Jozef vzw groups all activities of the psychiatric hospital and the psychiatric care home. The activities of the psychiatric hospital are currently located on two campuses: the Munsterbilzen campus and the ZMK campus in Maaseik. PVT's activities are also spread over two campuses: the Munsterbilzen campus and the Tongeren campus. The PC under which the activities fall is PC 330. In addition, Medisch Centrum St.-Jozef vzw is also involved in various mobile teams and care networks.
