subsequent use Warden steel construction canopies hazardous waste, electrical appliances, retail delivery ramp and railings
The supply and erection of three canopies as well as the delivery and installation of railings is the subject of the tender. The contract is awarded in its entirety to a general contractor.
The component dimensions of the three canopies for hazardous waste, old electrical appliances and the small supplier ramp can be found in the tested bar statics included in the tender. The steel quantities required for the calculations for the three supporting structures are also specified here. In addition to the three roofing systems requested, the scope of delivery and services of the tender also includes the manufacture and installation of various railings, which are to be provided as fall protection in the area of the small supplier ramp and on angled support walls.
The contractor (AN) must carry out the execution planning with detailed training of nodes, fastening points, roof construction, façade construction with attics, etc., as part of the structural planning for HOAI performance phase 5. The AN must also provide the verifiable detailed statics and assembly plans for the roof and facade structures, including the roof staircases and roof railings, including the fastening structures, as part of the structural planning for HOAI's service phase 5.
The tendering procedure for the construction of the three canopies and railings includes:
- Hazardous waste roofing
The roofing of the hazardous waste was planned with a floor area of 22.0 m length x 13.0 m width and is spanned by a pent roof with a roof pitch of approx. 3°. The roof ridge height is approximately 7.3 m. The clear height of the supporting structure is 6.0 m. The western side surface is closed and is covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The eastern side wall is only covered in the upper area so that a forklift can approach the storage area from the side.
A roof overhang was taken into account along the long sides of the roofing so that no driving rain can get into the containers.
The galvanized supporting structure is placed on a reinforced concrete floor slab, which is erected on site in accordance with the enclosed statics.
- Roofing old electrical appliances
The roofing of the old electrical appliances was planned with a floor area of 39.5 m long x 14.0 m wide and is spanned by a pent roof with a roof pitch of approx. 3°. The roof ridge height is approx. 7.35 m. The clear height of the supporting structure is 6.0 m. The western side surface is closed and is covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The eastern side wall is only covered in the upper area so that the acceptance tables are accessible to suppliers from the outside.
A roof overhang was taken into account along the long sides of the roofing so that no driving rain can get into the containers.
The galvanized supporting structure is placed on a reinforced concrete floor slab, which is erected on site in accordance with the enclosed statics.
- Roofing of the small delivery ramp
The roofing of the delivery ramp serves as weather protection for the suppliers and the waste stored in the containers.
The roofing covers a total area of approximately 1,250 m².
The canopy is V-shaped with a long northern leg and a short southern leg. Both legs have a pent roof that converge at a 3° inclination. The pent roofs span the unloading area on the delivery level on the one hand and the storage areas of the collection containers on the other, which are at least 2.5 m below the delivery level. The
The orientation of the small delivery ramp follows the constantly rising terrain, to which the roofing has to be adapted accordingly.
railing
In the area of the small supplier area, a number of railings must be taken into account as fall protection.
