The project was initiated in October 2011 and shall be completed during November 2013. In this period the Awarding Authority expects the requirement for a project manager will be 70 % position but the requirement may in periods be lower and considerably higher than 70 % during the various stages of the project.

The test management position will be more than 50 % for stages found relevant. The project management and test management assignments will executed simultaneously. The service provider must propose a dedicated resource person available for the assignment as soon as possible from contract signing; estimated to August 2012.

The service provider must substantiate experience and suitability by presenting CV, description of previous assignments as well as references in order to render probable that the person concerned is the best qualified candidate. Further descriptions of assignments and description of functions are given in attachments.
