The subject of the Order is the delivery of 11 "van" technical vehicles with technical equipment for GITD.
The subject of the order is the delivery of vehicles with left-hand steering. Vehicles that are the subject of the contract must meet the technical conditions provided for in the Polish legal provisions for passenger vehicles traveling on public roads and the conditions provided for by Community law in the European Union for this type of vehicle. Vehicles that are the subject of the contract may require adaptation to the needs of the Employer, in accordance with the conditions set out below. Adjustment will involve the delivery and assembly of additional equipment. Above-standard technical equipment - listed later in the description - will be transported in the luggage compartment, with a standard size of the trunk (without folding the backs of the rear seats or the sofa). Vehicles must be adapted to use in all seasons and days, in atmospheric conditions encountered in the Polish climate zone:
a) at an ambient temperature of -30 degrees Celsius to +50 degrees Celsius,
b) with air pollination up to 1.0 g / m
c) at a wind speed of up to 20 m / s,
d) with relative air humidity up to 98% (at a temperature of +25 degrees Celsius),
e) rain intensity up to 180 mm / h lasting 5 minutes
And storage in the open air and washing in automatic brush washers. This contract is part of the project: Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the automatic road supervision system, co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020. The contractor will be required to place information on the vehicles co-financed from the EU funds on the vehicles supplied, in accordance with the template provided after signing the contract by the Employer resulting from the Book of visual identification of the European Funds brand mark and signs of the cohesion policy programs for 2014-2020 available on the website:

The above markings should be durable, should be resistant to weather conditions and should be placed in a visible place agreed with the Employer. Delivery and handing over of vehicles to the Employer shall take place at the place and time indicated by the Employer, in the Capital City of Warsaw. The delivery will take place in two rounds: the first part comprising 5 Vehicles, the second part comprising 6 Vehicles, with the proviso that no more than two business days may pass between the delivery date of the first and second parts. The Contractor shall report to the Ordering Party readiness to collect vehicles 5 working days before the planned delivery date. The contracting authority allows the possibility of conducting technical inspection confirming the compliance of the subject of the contract with the contract and OPZ, including readiness to receive. Together with each vehicle, the Contractor shall provide the Employer, after positive acceptance, documents enabling its registration, prepared in Polish, in particular: an excerpt from the vehicle type-approval certificate or the EC certificate of conformity of the vehicle together with the manufacturer's / importer's statement confirming the vehicle's data not included in the certificate of compliance. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Employer no later than on the date of receipt of the following documents for each vehicle:
a) a guarantee book,
b) list of equipment,
c) vehicle operating instructions,
d) vehicle card,
e) list of authorized service stations. The vehicles must be ready for use and will not require refueling immediately after release, allowing a minimum distance of 100 km each.
