acquisition of computer equipment, software, accessories and various services for the services and colleges of the Department of Saône-Et-Loire. The services give rise to contracts awarded by single-contractor framework agreements with no minimum and maximum, pursuant to Article R.2162-4 2° of the French Public Procurement Code with the maximum amounts excluding tax for 4 years described in Article 2.3 of the tender regulations. Contracts are entered into for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. Contracts will be performed in part through the issuance of purchase orders and in part through the conclusion of follow-on contracts. As an indication, the services will be performed from 1 January 2024

Lot 1 - Microcomputers, laptops, monitors and services. The services will be provided by a single-contractor framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum amount of €4,000,000 excluding VAT for 4 years in accordance with Articles R.2162-2 and R2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is entered into for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. The contract will be performed in part through the issuance of purchase orders and in part through the conclusion of follow-on contracts

Lot 2 - Light Terminals. The services will be provided by a single-contractor framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum amount of €300,000 excluding VAT for 4 years in accordance with Articles R.2162-2 and R2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract will be performed in part through the issuance of purchase orders and in part through the conclusion of follow-on contracts

The services will be provided by a single-contractor framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum amount of €3,000,000 excluding VAT for 4 years in accordance with Articles R.2162-2 and R2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is entered into for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. The contract will be performed in part through the issuance of purchase orders and in part through the conclusion of follow-on contracts

Lot 4 - Software, maintenance and services. The services will be provided by a single-contractor framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum amount of €6,000,000 excluding tax for 4 years in application of Articles R.2162-2 and R2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code. Lot No. 5 - Refurbished computer and telephone equipment. The services will be provided by a single-contractor framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum amount of €500,000 excluding tax for 4 years in application of Articles R.2162-2 and R2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is entered into for a period of 4 years from the date of notification.
