1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of 3,500 mobile terminals to support the CEEB mobile application, hereinafter referred to as "devices" together with delivery to the places indicated in Annex 1 to OPZ "List of delivery places".

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in:

1) Description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ,

2) Technical Specification contained in Annex 3a to the offer form, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ (the document contains the minimum parameters/features/requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract),

3) Draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.

3. If the Contractor offers a device with equivalent software installed, it shall be obliged to demonstrate its equivalence, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 1 on the SWZ, in relation to the subject of the contract specified in Annex 3a to the offer form.

4. The Contractor shall provide a minimum 12-month warranty (in accordance with the Contractor's offer) for the equipment, counted from the date of signing each acceptance protocol without comments and reservations.
