The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into an Agreement with one Contractor and is therefore looking for a Contractor that offers standard educational software solutions, building blocks and integration possibilities in the form of SaaS-Cloud services with which at least the current MijnNIPV Exams can be replaced after an implementation program and optionally other educational processes of the Contracting Authority and/or Safety Regions can be supported.

The desired end result is a DLWO backbone: a set of educational software solutions (building blocks) with which at least the examination function of the Contracting Authority is supported and with which, if desired, (parts of) the educational function of the Contracting Authority can also be supported and/or linked to the Safety Regions. The technical application management, release management, service management and managed hosting is provided by the Contractor.
