During the term of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Entity's activities in the pipeline area will include:Expansion of the pipeline network (new construction)Planned pipeline renovationRepair and maintenance of existing pipeline networksThe annual deliveries will vary in quantities and dimensions depending on the speed of deployment, grants, demand, regulatory approvals, etc. There is therefore no timetable for deliveries. The contracting entity expects that purchases will be made annually for approx. DKK 10 million excl. VAT within the services described in the Framework Agreement. This estimate is provisional and is not binding on the Client. The contracting entity is therefore not obliged to purchase a specific quantity of services under the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement gives the contracting entity the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement on the terms set out in the tender documents. The pipe delivery mainly includes the following:Delivery according to stipulated pipe volumes with associated necessary fittings and alarm system. Option price for socket assembly and alarm monitoring. Determination of the optimal system design as well as calculation of pipe statics and expansion conditions, in cooperation with the Ordering Entity and its advisor. Preparation of system and alarm drawings. Provide necessary instruction, advice and guidance at the workplace and carry out random checks on the assembly work. Contribute to commissioning and troubleshooting of alarm systems if the Ordering Entity so requests. Preparation of delivery plan, which follows the schedule of pipe laying work. The delivery must be carried out in accordance with NLM94 incl. special conditions, cf. Appendix B to the draft contract. In connection with the project start-up meeting, the detailed delivery dates for the above will be agreed between the Ordering Entity and the Supplier.

Kerteminde Forsyning – Varme A/S has initiated a project concerning conversion of natural gas customers in Munkebo, a total of approx. 1,440 potential connections, which are partly connected to existing district heating areas and partly outside. The majority of these are private households, but industrial enterprises are also included. The framework agreement will cover the supply of the Customer's consumption of, among other things, pre-insulated district heating pipes, bends, arc pipes, branches, sockets, foam materials, joints, valves, alarm outlets, fittings, etc. The framework agreement shall cover all double-pipe components as well as single pipes, both fixed and flexible, in dimensions up to DN125. The use of mainly double pipes is expected, but it should be noted that the need for single pipes may arise. At the same time, the Contracting Entity may purchase assembly services in connection with welding sleeves under the Framework Agreement. The Contracting Entity may purchase special components, etc. under the Framework Agreement if the need arises.
