Study for the replacement of the Saucy footbridge.

The main objective of the project is to remove the river piers of the existing footbridge which constitute an obstacle to navigation and to bring the structure into line with the growth in the flow of cyclists.

In this context, the useful dimensions of the structure and its geometry will be adapted to meet the changing needs of all users.

This contract relates to the detailed study and monitoring, during the execution of the works, of the demolition of the existing footbridge and the construction of a new footbridge overhanging the Meuse and ancillary structures.

The engineering study missions generally cover all the structures to be dismantled, demolished, restored, constructed and assembled. The coordination in terms of safety and health during the study and implementation of the project is also part of the mission.

The market is a market with installments (a firm phase and a conditional phase), within the meaning of article 57 of the law of 17.6.2016. The details of the services of the different installments appear in the technical clauses.
