The supplier to be contracted must provide a VRHM-capable, reliable, user-friendly, modern and SaaS based Repressive Operational Information Provision System that consists of:

o SaaS-based software that provides up-to-date (customised) route navigation and incident/object information functionality for approximately 150 vehicles and approximately 250 individual VRHM devices. VRHM employees access this software via tablets and smartphones.

o An associated management environment where VRHM can keep route navigation up to date and perform functional management.

o Where there are links to various other VRHM systems such as the control chamber system and Geomagvinegar.

o Provide the design of the new system in particular in the area of (customised) route information, including links, user rights and instructions from VRHM employees.

• Maintain this system by developing and keeping up to date.
