The Drents Overijsselse Delta Water Board (hereinafter: contracting authority) has issued a European tender for a Dynamic Purchasing System for Geotechnical Soil Research for.

civil engineering works, hereinafter referred to as the 'DAS', issued in accordance with chapter 14 of the Works Procurement Regulations 2016 (ARW 2016).

This selection guide provides further information about the course of the tendering procedure, the requirements that the (content of the) notification must meet and how further requests for tenders

be placed within the DAS.

By submitting a tender, a candidate unconditionally agrees to the tendering procedure described in this selection guideline.

Concerns a request for the selection of lots for a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of geotechnical services.

This concerns geotechnical research which must be carried out for the water board, in particular:

- Assessment and review of flood defences by department O&A.

- Dike reinforcement projects such as the HWBP (Project Realisation).

- Local research for, for example, HWBP innovation projects, research of the research agenda or issues from the BWSD department.
