Eichwalde is an independent municipality in the district of Dahme-Spreewald in Brandenburg and is located directly on the southeastern city limits of Berlin. Eichwalde covers an area of 2.8 km².

The municipality of Eichwalde - divided into two non-residents - will award winter service on the sidewalks in its municipal area for a period of two years as of September 1, 2022, with a two-time extension option for a further year each.

The winter service must be carried out in accordance with the rules of technology and in compliance with the legal requirements of the Brandenburg Road Act (BBGStrG), the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) and the case law issued in this regard.

Winter maintenance on the pavements in the municipality:

All sidewalks of cleaning class I streets listed in Annex I of the street cleaning statute on the railway side towards Schulzendorf, incl. Friedenstraße level crossing according to the specifications.
