The contracting authority has chosen to place this contract on the market as a framework agreement. This has been opted for, since all preconditions for the execution of the assignment have already been laid down by means of the tender and the ensuing contracting, such as price, quality and delivery time at the contractor where the office supplies will be purchased. Regarding the delivery of office supplies, however, no fixed quantity has been agreed, as it is not yet possible to determine in advance how many and which office supplies are required and will be purchased.
