The object of this contract consists in the execution of all operations attributable to cemetery services at the main cemetery of Via Reggio and the secondary cemetery S. Carlo of Via Borromeo, as well as other services / works to support the functionality of the same as better specified in the Special Tender Specifications and in the Performance Estimation Documents referred to in the project documentation

The contract has as its object the execution of all the operations attributable to cemetery services at the Main Cemetery in via Reggio and the S. Carlo Cemetery in via Borromeo, as well as other services and works to support the functionality of the city cemeteries.

The contract consists of a single lot to ensure, with continuity, a better management service.

TYPE OF SERVICES:

- Burial service through Burials in private tombs;

- Burial service through Burials in ten-year or twenty-year field;

- Burial service through Burial in the thirty-year field;

- Burial service through Burials in columbariums;

- Burial service through Inhumation in the Children's Field;

- Laying of rings for forming a support base for the stones or monuments related to the ten-year or twenty-year tombs;

- Estumulation of corpses from columbariums;

- Exhumation of ten-year/twenty-year field bodies;

- Estumulation of thirty-year/fifty-year field corpses;

- Exhumation from mineralization field;

- Formation pit mineralization field and burial corpses;

- Transfer of corpses from tombs and/or columbariums to another destination within the area

cemetery;

- Loading, transport, disposal of zinc crates;

- Disposal of special waste from estumulations or exhumations,

- On-call service and intervention to be performed within 30 minutes of the call for

opening and closing of the Mortuary Chamber;

- Service of:

a) Opening and closing gates;

b) Cleaning of bathrooms, columbariums / ossuaries, elevator shafts;

c) Containment of weeds with mechanical weeding;

d) Cleaning of cemetery areas;

(e) Waste collection and disposal

GARDENER'S WORKS:

- Cutting turf;

- Containment of weeds by mechanical weeding (by the worker referred to in item 17 (c) of the annual performance estimation documents);

- Containment of weeds with chemical weeding;

- Pruning hedges and shrubs;

Supplies:

- Supply of rings for monument formation of ten-year tombs;

- Supply of rings for training twenty-year tombs monument;

- Supply and installation of slabs of white Carrara marble for columbariums main cemetery and San Carlo;

- Supply and installation of slabs of white carrara gioia marble for Colombari new Cemetery of San Carlo;

- Supply and installation of slabs of white carrara gioia marble for Ossuaries new Cemetery of San Carlo;

- Supply and installation of slabs of white carrara gioia marble for Colombari of band new Cemetery of San Carlo;

- Supply of stones in white Carrara marble for mineralization fields;

- Supply of light serizzo stones for ten-year fields;

- Supply of zinc boxes for the collection of bone remains;

- Supply of cellulose coffins;

- Supply of Mater.bi sheet;

- Supply of enzymatic product;

ECONOMY:

- Various ordinary maintenance works, such as the arrangement of the paths, filling holes, etc. to be carried out, as needed, at the request of the Rup or the Director of Execution (Dec);
