1. The subject of the order is a service in the field of booking, sale and delivery of airline tickets. Tickets will be purchased by the Ordering Party mainly for the guests of the Camerimage International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography and for employees who travel abroad on business trips.
2. The expected scale of needs for the duration of the contract is 380 airline tickets (Europe and intercontinental), including - in the economy class, 290 units: Europe - 170 items, intercontinental - 120 items, business class 90: Europe - 30, intercontinental - 60 pieces.
3. The expected number of tickets, type of tickets (class), routes are indicative. During the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to effect the purchase of an increased or reduced number of tickets, in relation to the information contained in point 2, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect vis-à-vis the Employer.
