AWB Köln GmbH writes out the implementation and operation of a customer relationship management system (CRM). The CRM system is intended to support the processes of the operational sales departments in the recording and execution of municipal and commercial offers and orders, customer data creation, contact and lead management, and campaign management.
At least the following business capabilities must be covered by the CRM system:
