The subject of the Order are construction works consisting in the execution of stage VII-th construction of the Primary School in Mysłakowice on the plot No. 618/33 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including the construction of an outdoor fitness gym along with land development in the southern part of plot No. 618/33.

No. 618/33 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including the construction of an outdoor fitness gym along with land development in the southern part of plot No. 618/33.

The subject of the contract includes the delivery and assembly of 10 devices:

-runner

- orbitrek

-rower

- bench press chair

- Football press

-bench

-Handrails

-rectifier

- rower

-butterfly

along with humus and sowing grass on an area of 95m2.

The scope of the contract also includes the delivery and installation of an information board with dimensions not smaller than 29.7 x 42.0 cm, in accordance with the model received from the Ordering Party.

2. The area of the Primary School under construction is located in the north-eastern part of Mysłakowice, at Sułkowski Street, on a plot with the registration number: 618/33, as well as on parts of plots registration number: 618/22, 618/28, 821 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, in the bordering area:

- from the north with the access road of Sułkowskiego Street (Journal No. 613) and areas used for agriculture; - from the east with the PKP area - single-track railway line (Journal No. 460/2) and the provincial road Jeleniogórska Street (Journal No. 617/1) - from the south with the area of the Municipal Social Welfare Center (Journal No. 618/22) and Wojska Polskiego Street (Journal No. 821); - from the west side with the park area (former palace park) – Dz. No. 650, 651, 652, 653, 654, 637, 621, 618/24, 618/25, as well as residential buildings. Currently, II, III, IV and V stage of construction works is being carried out, consisting in the execution of part of the hardening of playgrounds with equipment, finishing along with internal installations of the sports block, lightning protection system, external sun blinds, façade, construction of an access road to the school building and electricity connection.
