In the present tender, the Contracting Entity wishes to obtain tenders for 1 x 25 MVAr shunt reactor coil and 1 x 20 MVAr shunt reactor coil, with the option to purchase additional 2 x 15 MVAr shunt reactor coils. The requirements for the object offered are described in detail in the requirements specification, Appendix 1 to the Agreement, while the Client's requirements for the terms of the agreement are set out in the attached draft Trade Agreement. The Agreement will be valid from 1 February 2024 until and including 31 January 2027 with the option for the Ordering Entity to extend for 3 x 12 months.
