Bergen Municipality, [the Agency for Development] hereby invites tenderers to a contest for a contract for a turnkey contract in the project D0500 Petedalsmyra rental housing.
Bergen City Council discussed in a meeting on 22.02.17 case no. 34/17, 'Action Plan for 250 More Municipal
Rental Properties 2017-2021'. The goal is to procure differentiated housing sites, which give good and adapted
housing for those who need it most. Petedalsmyra rental housing will be included in the housing programme as
part of the 125 houses that the municipality will establish itself.
Petedalsmyra rental housing will offer 8 houses for persons with ROP disorders (substance abuse and psychiatric disorders in
combination). Petedalsmyra is located in Sandsli in Ytrebygda district, cadastral/title no.: 39/717.
The building is approx. 960 m² split over two floors, and will have eight residential units and a personnel base. The flats have
a balcony with a view to a communal garden. The building gives dignified housing conditions that suit the residents' lives and
needs, at the same time that an institutional character and stigmatising architecture are avoided. The building is designed as
small houses that are joined together in a L shape, which protects a communal garden and provides protection from onlookers on a path and
the football pitch. The flats face a communal garden and are split over two floors with three flats on
the ground floor and five flats on the first floor.
