The subject of the contract are services of collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12, originating from the processing of selectively delivered municipal waste, with a gross calorific value exceeding 6 MJ/kg of dry matter. The collected batches of waste may differ in value, and any differences will not constitute the basis for the Contractor's claims against the Contracting Authority. The waste will be loaded loosely onto the Contractor's means of transport. The estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and managed is 3,000 Mg during the term of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste to be collected and managed. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. Waste should be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions permitting the processing of this waste in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Waste Act.
1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management services of waste code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 originating in the Municipal Installation in Suwałki.
2. The amount of waste code 19 12 12 that the Ordering Party will transfer for collection, transport and management during the term of the contract is about 3,000 Mg. The monthly amount will range from 100 Mg to a maximum of 350 Mg. The average weight of one load will be at least about 22 Mg during the month when loading semi-trailers with a volume of >90 m3. The above amounts are estimates and are used by the Contractor as an auxiliary to prepare the offer and calculate the costs, but they do not constitute the basis for any claims in this respect. The Ordering Party is not obliged to complete the order in full. Waste collection will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
3. Waste code 19 12 12 is a regularly produced sorting material in the form of a calorific fraction of ballast with a calorific value of more than 6 MJ/kg dry matter resulting from mechanical treatment of waste in a sorting plant after processing of selectively delivered municipal waste. The collected batches of waste may differ in terms of value, and any differences will not constitute the basis for the Contractor's claims against the Contracting Authority.
4. The waste covered by this order should be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions permitting the processing of this waste in the recovery process, in a manner consistent with the applicable law in this respect and with the use of at least one recovery process from R1 to R12, specified in the non-exhaustive list of recovery processes constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1587, as amended. amended).
5. Receipt of waste shall be carried out by transport organised by the Contractor and at his expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading.
6. Waste code 19 12 12 is stored in the form of bales with dimensions of approx. 80 cm x 80 cm x 200 cm and a weight of approx. 1 Mg on a paved yard and in this form will be loaded onto means of transport provided by the Contractor.
