The aim is to admit candidates to the DAS who can support THE RET with regard to the hiring of ICT project employees.
The cyber security – integrated (CS-ii) and ICT Backbone (IBB) programmes were launched in April of this year to give substance to an ambition from the RET business plan, priority 6 digitisation. This indicates, among other things, to strive for CMMI level 2 for CS-ii and CMMI level 3 for IBB. In order to achieve these ambitions, programme teams have been put together and the project leaders have drawn up project plans. These plans are based on the program schedules and require a certain commitment from the RET and on top of that a large amount of hiring. The latter results from, on the one hand, the ambitions laid down in the planning and, on the other hand, the limited availability of our own staff. In view of the overcrowded change agenda/changefunnel at the ICT department, hiring is necessary in order to be able to carry out both programs.
By means of specific profiles, tenderers are asked to offer employees ICT on the described assignment.
