1. Sector contract award proceedings shall be carried out by unlimited tender under the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (OJ item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act.

2. Proceedings are conducted in Polish.

3. Delivery of railway accessories for the Branches of Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. – group no. 273-1

4. In order to confirm that the benefit offered is in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is required to submit together with the offer of the means of evidence in question.

5. The Contracting Authority shall apply the reverse examination and evaluation of tenders referred to in Article 139 of the Pzp Act.
