The waste management company of the district of Esslingen is re-tendering for the collection, transport and disposal of hazardous waste from households (problem waste).

The contracts to be awarded include the following services:

- Collection, sorting, labelling, packaging and transport of polluted waste in the eastern area

- Collection, sorting, labelling, packaging and transport of polluted waste in the West area

- Acceptance and disposal of part of the collected polluted waste

The advertised service includes the following partial services:

- the mobile collection of polluted waste (with the exception of batteries, accumulators, waste oil and equipment and components falling within the scope of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act) by the contractor at collection points (stops) in the eastern area specified by the client to the extent specified by the client (frequency and duration)

- the acceptance of polluted waste delivered by the customer's customers

- proper storage and transport by collection vehicle to the pick-up/transfer point provided by the contractor or the waste disposal facility designated by the contracting authority, AVV no.: 20 01 28 (paints, printing inks, adhesives and synthetic resins with the exception of those covered by 20 01 27)

and

- the provision of a pick-up/transfer point and the transfer of polluted waste (except AVV no.: 20 01 28) to the disposal company (contractor lot 2).

The advertised service includes the following partial services:

- the mobile collection of polluted waste (with the exception of batteries, accumulators, waste oil and equipment and components falling within the scope of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act) by the contractor at collection points (stops) in the West area specified by the client to the extent specified by the client (frequency and duration)

- the acceptance of polluted waste delivered by the customer's customers

- proper storage and transport by collection vehicle to the pick-up/transfer point provided by the contractor or the waste disposal facility designated by the contracting authority, AVV no.: 20 01 28 (paints, printing inks, adhesives and synthetic resins with the exception of those covered by 20 01 27)

and

- the provision of a pick-up/transfer point and the transfer of polluted waste (except AVV no.: 20 01 28) to the disposal company (contractor lot 2).

The advertised service includes the following partial services:

- the transport of polluted waste from the transfer / takeover points of the collectors from Lot 1.1 and Lot 1.2 to suitable interim storage / disposal facilities (recovery / disposal plants)

and

- the recovery/disposal of polluted waste.
