Technical services relating to architecture and engineering, pursuant to art. 3, lett. vvvv) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, concerning the Supervision of works and coordination of safety during execution (lot 1) as well as testing during construction and final (lot 2), with reference to the intervention of «Adaptation and rationalization of the area for violations of the PO of Vizzolo Predabissi: interventions for energy saving ». The area involved in the project is located in Vizzolo Predabissi (MI), via Pandina 1. The tender procedure is divided into n. 2 lots, as described in the "Lot information" section of this call for tenders.

Technical services for Site Management and safety coordination during execution pursuant to art. 157 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, related to the works relating to the "Adaptation and rationalization of the acute area of the Vizzolo Predabissi PO: energy saving measures" relating to ASST Melegnano and Martesana.

Technical-administrative, static, construction and finishing and technical-functional testing of the systems (water, electrical and mechanical) during construction and final, including the technical accounting audit pursuant to art. 157 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, relating to the works relating to the "Adaptation and rationalization of the acute area of the Vizzolo Predabissi PO: energy saving measures" relating to ASST Melegnano and Martesana. It is specified that the services referred to in this tender lot must be performed by n. 3 distinct professionals, who will make up the testing commission:

- n. 1 static tester with functions of president,

- n. 1 tester for building works and finishes,

- n. 1 plant tester,

all as better specified in the specifications - lot 2.
