1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of L-1 light fuel oil in the maximum planned amount of 226 m3.
2. The Contractor shall deliver heating oil to real estate constituting the property of the Chełmża Commune, taking into account the following quantities and places of delivery:
1) 170 m3 for buildings where there are schools and a kindergarten point in the following towns:
a)Kończewice 12 A,
b) Fine 110A,
c)Zelgno 12,
(d)Scanty 26A,
e)Głuchowo 3A,
f)Pluskowęsy 71A;
2) 56 m3 for municipal buildings in the following towns:
a) Brąchnówko 18 (palace - former school),
b) Nawra 5 (former school),
c) Fine 110 (former school),
(d)Zelgno 13 (Pastorówka),
e)Zelgno (OSP draw),
f) building Pluskowęsy 17B,
g) Pluskowęsy 71A building (former school).

2. The Contractor shall deliver heating oil to real estate constituting the property of the Chełmża Commune, taking into account the following quantities and places of delivery:

3. The supplied light fuel oil must meet the quality requirements PN-C-96024:2020-12, including in particular the following parameters:
1) calorific value minimum 42,6 MJ/kg;
(2) a flash point exceeding 55°C;
3) pouring point maximum -20.0°C;
(4) density at 15 °C maximum 860,0 kg/m2;
5. the sulphur content must not exceed 0,1 %;
6) red.
4. Notwithstanding the quality standards relating to the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract referred to in paragraph 3, the supply of fuel oil must comply with the requirements laid down:
1) in the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315, późn.zm);
2) the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 1 December 2016 on quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used;
3) the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 11 September 2019 on the marking and dyeing of energy products.
5. The order includes cyclical deliveries of heating oil to the delivery points indicated in paragraph 2, along with refueling to fuel oil tanks.
6. The quantities referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be estimates and may be reduced. The Ordering Party guarantees that the amount of planned delivery of fuel oil will not be less than 170 m3.
