Construction operations of two collective housing complexes Social as well as an improvement acquisition Located in PONT-DU-CHATEAU (63430) and CHAMALIERES (63400)

Lot 1: The operation consists in demolishing the former music school located rue Emile Zola in PONT-DU-CHATEAU (63430) in order to build on this plot a collective housing complex of about 34 dwellings.

Lot 2: An improvement acquisition at 12 Avenue Aristide Briand for the creation of 4 housing units and a demolition reconstruction of 15 new rental units at 14 Avenue Aristide Briand. The project as a whole includes the two plots AL 246 AND 249 with a total surface area of 1,841 m²

The operation consists in demolishing the former music school located rue Emile Zola in PONT-DU-CHATEAU (63430) in order to build on this plot a collective housing complex of about 34 dwellings.

The project consists of demolishing the former music school located rue Emile Zola in order to rebuild a new collective social housing complex on the same plot.

This new multi-family project will include approximately 34 social rental units. Regarding parking, the project must comply with the PLU and must include at least one parking space or garage per dwelling. It will be preferable to position the parking lots in the basement.

As part of this operation, the designated project manager will be entrusted with the following mission elements:

ACT: Assistance to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts

- At 12 Avenue Aristide Briand, the acquisition improvement of the building in order to create about 4 social rental housing, the project must comply with the PLU and will include at least one parking space per dwelling.

- 15 new social rental housing units at 14 Avenue Aristide Briand with at least one parking space per dwelling according to PLU request.
