The object of this contract is the operation of the installations of heating, production of domestic hot water (DHW), ventilation, air conditioning and water treatment of the PF-PFI type for the municipal buildings of the city of Castanet- Tolosan.

Part of the market is by order forms in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code.

There are no minimum and maximum amounts provided for.

The estimate indicated includes the fixed part and the unit price part.

Due to the nature of the services and their purpose (profit-sharing, depreciation period for compulsory P3 works), the duration of the contracts is eight years, from 1.9.2021. Its expiry date is set for 31.8.2029.
