Provision to the Regional Transport Consortium of a Technical Support service for the planning, carrying out of studies, supervision, coordination, technical and functional advice, and quality control of ongoing projects, and those that are contracted or developed by other means by the CRTM within the scope of the Innovation Center as well as ongoing international projects and new ones in which the CRTM participates, during the life of the contract.
* Technical assistance tasks limited to the life cycle of projects, from conception to operation through acquisition, implementation and monitoring of projects
developed through the Innovation Center.
* Technical assistance tasks limited to the life cycle of projects and / or investments in R + D + i of any origin (international, European, national, regional or others) in the field of public transport, sustainable mobility and smart cities (PT, Sustainable Mobility & Smart Cities), from its conception to its operation through its acquisition and implementation.
* Other tasks that may not be directly related to specific projects, including:
- Work required for the drafting of an Implementation Plan of the Innovation Center, its updating and monitoring.
- Benefit/cost analysis and qualitative analysis to determine the advisability or not of carrying out certain actions, and where appropriate support to highlight the advisability of carrying them out.
- Studies on the state of the art and benchmarking of systems and priority areas of innovation in public transport
* Tasks to support the promotion of international projects
