The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance and services of network infrastructures, telephony over IP and security (software, services, support, maintenance) for the services of the Departmental Council and the colleges of Savoy. The licensee shall perform the maintenance and provide the software associated with the equipment listed below:

— core network equipment & centralized configuration management tool, parameterization of existing network equipment;

— switches and transceivers of urban fibre optic links on Chambéry;

— centralized configuration management tool, parameterization of existing Cisco Prime devices

— Alcatel telephone tools: OXE and associated VM, Open Touch, VAA, DECT DAP Manager, voice messaging;

— network security equipment (Firewalls, Reverse-Proxy, VPN, portal and visitor internet access);

— existing Cisco AIR-CTVM-K9 Virtual Wifi Controller.
