The contract concerns the extensive maintenance of the lifts of the SA d'HLM TOIT ET JOIE and its subsidiary POSTE HABITAT PROVENCE (PHP). The technical characteristics of the contract are detailed in the CCTP.

This contract is divided into two parts:

- A flat-rate part which covers extended maintenance services

- A unit part with purchase orders comparable to a framework agreement with a maximum of €225,000 excluding tax per year

This is a contract for the maintenance services extended to the lifts by: - systematic preventive maintenance- corrective maintenance- A flat-rate part which is intended for extended maintenance services- A unit part with purchase orders comparable to a framework agreement with a maximum of 15,000 euros excluding VAT for Lot 4
