The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a system for digital recording of court hearings in 15 courtrooms in 7 Szczecin courts of appeal, i.e. in the District Court in Gorzów Wielkopolski, in the District Court in Sulęcin, in the District Court in Kołobrzeg, in the District Court in Koszalin, in the District Court in Myślibórz, in the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, in the District Court Szczecin Prawobrzeże i Zachód in Szczecin.

The scope of the order shall include in particular:

1) Delivery, installation, configuration, implementation and launch of a system for digital recording of court hearings in 15 courtrooms in 7 courts of Szczecin appeal, including:

a) Execution of Technical Projects for each of the courtrooms regarding the placement, connection and configuration of system elements.

b) Delivery of technical devices for the equipment of the courtroom ensuring the possibility of handling the process of recording the course of court hearings and ensuring cooperation with the "ReCourt" Software owned by the Ordering Party.

c) Installation and configuration of technical devices for courtroom equipment, including in particular assembly/disassembly of buildings or other elements for this purpose.

d) Implementation and launch of the Digital Court Hearing Registration System, including software provided by the Ordering Party in all indicated courtrooms.

e) Execution of as-built documentation.

2) Provision of service and technical support services for the Ordering Party in locations covered by the implementation of the system.

3) Providing a guarantee for the proper operation of the system. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 3 to swz.
