3. In drug and chemotherapy programs, only medicines placed on the NFZ refund lists are allowed (the price of the drug must not exceed the funding limit set by the NFZ).

4. The remaining terms of the contract shall be defined by the draft contract, as set out in Annex 3 to the Specification.
