Provision of school cleaning services to a high standard for a large secondary school of approximately 1 830 students. The site contains a variety of buildings of differing ages and construction and further details are provided in the ITT.

The contract is to be of fixed price in nature with the successful contractor guaranteeing a minimum number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision.
