The contract concerns the collection of waste fractions that fall under the municipal waste management responsibility in the Hattula, Hämeenlinna and Valkeakoski areas in accordance with the tender documents. The contract includes the collection, loading, transport and delivery of waste to reception points specified by the customer. Unit prices do not include waste treatment fees, as the fee is not charged to the contractor, but directly to the properties.
The matters set out in the Tender Documents and its Annexes are the minimum requirements contained in the mandate under which the contractor by bidding undertakes to carry out the mandate. The contractor winning the tender is required to accept the content of the service procurement into the contract as such.
The offer is binding and should be made in the Finnish language.
