The acquisition concerns the maintenance and maintenance services of properties owned and hosted by Kiinteistö Oy Kummatti, support services and maintenance services for outdoor areas.

The acquisition of property management work consists of three different areas:

I. Care work for the summer season 2023 – 2025

II. On-call services for 2023–2025

• Kiinteistöhuoltopäivystyksiä

• Winter maintenance work, incl. snow and sanding work, weekend on-call service Fri 15.30 – Sun 20.00

III. Winter maintenance work for the seasons autumn 2023 - spring 2026

The tenderer may submit his tender for all three areas or only for the areas of his choice.

Lawn mowing and finishing of properties owned and managed by Kiinteistö Oy Kummatti, patch sowing, trimming and caring for hedges and shrubs. The work is carried out with the tenderer's equipment as a total contract.

The summer season is 1.6 – 31.8.
