The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer that will cover our need for telephony services with an accompanying switchboard system that includes the following:
- Implementing a uniform, cost-efficient, flexible, and future-orientated telephony system that is always based on the current internal policy
- Offer a service for the employees that ensure flexibility in the execution of work assignments
- Ensure good coverage at our locations, also indoors
- More efficient administration of subscriptions and handling invoices
- Achieve flexibility as regards current and future tax legislation. The list is not meant to be exhaustive, and products related to this could be procured through the framework agreement if new needs arise.
