LondonWaste Limited (LWL) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of organic waste treatment services. It is the LWL's intention to select a preferred Contractor or Contractors to collect municipal organic waste from the company’s EcoPark location in north London and treat it using biological techniques.

The four waste streams are:

— green garden wastes.

— food wastes.

— mixed food and garden wastes.

— Off-specification compost or “oversize”.

In addition, the successful contractors will be required to:

— secure suitable outlets for the end-products.

— dispose of all residues.

Collection and treatment of municipal green garden waste.

Collection and Treatment of Food Waste.

Collection and Treatment of Food and Green Waste (CO-Mingle or BIOK).

Collection and Treatment of Off-spec and/or oversize waste.
