Indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the Subject Matter of the Agreement is preliminary. 10) Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations as well as suspending performing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the contract. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the Terms of Reference), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area , within the total amounts of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement specified in the ToR, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. 1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and logging, side use, administrative management, meadow and farming and hunting, seed and nursery, to be carried out in the Cierpiszewo Forest District in 2020

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood as well as tree stands, secondary use, administrative management, meadow-farming and hunting resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 respectively. The material ranges are listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.6. are estimates.

4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules for the procedure of acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.

7) The place of performance of the contract will be the administrative area of the Cierpiszewo Forest District.

8) The implementation of works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package. ("Package Implementation Area"). Indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the Subject Matter of the Agreement is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in item 3.3. item 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

9) The provisions of items 7-9 do not prejudice the powers of the Employer arising from the template of the public procurement contract (Annex 13 to the ToR).

10) Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations as well as suspending performing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the contract. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the Terms of Reference), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area , within the total amounts of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement specified in the ToR, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being carried out in the course of the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The new location is determined as part of the subject of the contract, but always only in the Package Implementation Area.
