The object of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste, including selectively collected municipal waste, from property owners residing in Białobrzegi Municipality, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved and preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

The object of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste from property owners residing in Białobrzegi Municipality in a way that ensures the achievement of the required levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limitation of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

During the entire period of execution of the object of the contract, the Contractor undertakes

- the receipt (,, at source”) and development received from the owners of property inhabited from the Community of Białobrzegi of municipal waste unsegregated (mixed) and collected selectively, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 10 May 2021 on the selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906):

* unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

* paper including cardboard waste, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard,

* glass- glass waste including packaging waste from glass

* fraction comprising metals, plastics, multi-plant packaging waste - metal waste including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging,

* fraction involving biowaste constituting municipal waste;

- receipt of municipal waste collected selectively in the framework of, detour collection” (pre-inhabited property) of the following waste fractions:

* large-sized waste (furniture, carpets, carpeting, large size toys, etc.)

* used electrical and electronic equipment,

* worn out tires

- the collection of hazardous waste collected selectively at the collection point of expired medicines and the transfer of expired medicines collected at the collection point of expired medicines to the authorised installation for the thermal conversion of this waste in the D10process,

- collection of waste from bus stops

- supply to the owners of inhabited property with an appropriate number of bags for selective waste collection within the price offered, including the delivery before the start of the task to the premises of the Ordering Party 400 pieces of bags of each type which will be transferred during the course of the task. fulfilling the task of the residents of the Community of Białobrzegi, who generated a larger amount of waste in a given month or made a first declaration. After using bags from the Ordering Party's storage stock, the Contractor shall deliver the missing bag types to the Contracting Authority within 7 days of the notification made by the Ordering Party via email.

The system for receiving municipal waste only covers waste from inhabited properties, while it does not include waste created in institutions, schools, public facilities and business activities.
